You can download and install Horizon Offline by accessing the Horizon Offline Installer
Site through Horizon Online under Quick Links.
Please note that you need administrator access to install the
Horizon Offline Pre-Requisite files.

These files are needed to run the Horizon Offline application correctly.
But in order to download and install these files to your computer, Windows specifically
requires administrator access.
You can check your user profile in Windows by doing the following steps:

If you do not have administrator access, please contact your Local IT for assistance.

Once successfully installed, you can immediately use Horizon Offline by first registering
your account with the application using your Horizon Online credentials.
You can then proceed with selecting the project data you would like to download
and performing tasks offline.

In order to download a project, the following business rules must be met:
When a Project Profile in your Offline Portfolio is deleted in Horizon Online, you
should delete the Project from your Offline database by right-clicking the project
name and then selecting Remove. And then click Remove Project
in the next pop-up window to complete the removal.
You can perform a Basic Uninstall of the Horizon Offline application

There are two (2) steps to install Horizon Offline:
Step 1 – Download Horizon Offline Pre-requisite files
Step 2 – Download Horizon Offline Application
For Step 1, the pre-requisite files to be downloaded and installed are:
Windows specifically requires administrator access to install these files.
The file size is approximately 10.4mb and on a fairly good connection, installation
will usually take around 15 minutes.
In order to start Step 1, you can click the Download button beside
Step 1 of the Installer site or you can download and install the
Pre-Installation Software Pack from the Resources
Section. Once this is done, the users can proceed to Step 2.
Note: Local IT assistance is usually needed to install Step 1 although
installing Step 2 is optional as this can be done by basic users once Step 1 has
been successfully completed.
